New Year’s Resolutions Again?

December 28th, 2009

new yearsWhere would we be right now if we followed ALL the way through with our last year’s resolutions?  Do you remember what they were? Where would you be if you achieved all of them? And where are you now?  Are you feeling badly about dumping the resolutions mid-January? At my local gym, January is a very difficult time to find a parking spot.  Every one is there fulfilling their New Year’s Resolutions.  When February rolls around……the excuses have more power.  We find our self right where our self image says we should be …on our couch!

The key to winning the change game is to increase your self image.  Until you begin to build your self image you will never achieve your New Year’s resolutions!
