Christmas is for You Too!

STockingMerry Christmas!  What a week huh!  Busy shopping, eating, visiting, and maybe enjoying some time off work!  I would love to see and hear you doing things that improve the way you feel about yourself!  We seem to do things for others especially this time of year!  What would you love to do to celebrate this magical time of year?  What can you put into your stocking to make you feel special?  Let me give you some ideas of things I would love to fit into my stocking to make myself feel great this week!  I would love to go swimming, take a bubble bath, get my nails done, spend some quality time with some of my favorite people, stay up late, sleep in the next day, some great meditations, playing games with my kids and I could go on and on.  (Trust me you want me to stop!) 

Your turn ….what do you truly WANT to do this week?  I say do it!  It is all about ACTION right?  Take some action and try to do at least a couple things on your list this week so you feel great!  When you feel great everyone around you feels great too!

Want Those Amazing Results in Your Life?

As of last Monday you have started to take ACTION!!  Feel good?  Yes!  I know!  Now as you continue through your actions you are going to see some amazing results.  It is a chain reaction!  Think – Feel – Actions – Results.

Get a piece of paper and make 4 columns with these headings above each one (Think, Feel, Action, Results).  Here are instructions to complete the columns:

Think – Put one thing that really adds a lot of stress to your life. 

Feel – How you feel about this stress?

Actions – What have been your actions about this stress?

Results – Have you been getting the results that you want to change this?

 This is a wonderful little worksheet to show you how you focus on your stresses and just get more of your stresses!  So now take the worksheet and enter what you WANT under the think column.  Then how would you feel about having it?  What would your actions be?  What results are you going to get?  It is soooooo amazing how if we just shift our thinking – change our glasses about our life – how we can change everything in it!  Give this a try!  I would LOVE to hear your light bulb moments!  I would also LOVE you to teach this to your teenagers!  My daughter helped me test this worksheet.  She had a light bulb moment!  What an amazing lesson for her to focus and put all her power on what she WANTS!
